This page explains how The Forge Peptides — a DBA of Alexander Ranch LLC, based in Miami, FL — ships orders, and how we handle cancellations, refunds, and anything that goes wrong in transit. All products are sold strictly for in-vitro research use only, and you must be 21 or older to purchase.
Orders ship once payment is confirmed — typically within 1–2 business days of payment. You'll receive an order number by email; if paying by Zelle, include it in your Zelle memo so we can match your payment quickly.
Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout (USPS and UPS options). Free shipping on orders over $300.
Local pickup is available in Miami, FL at no charge — select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll contact you to arrange it.
You can cancel any order that has not yet shipped for a full refund. Email us with your order number and we'll confirm the cancellation and issue the refund. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but the remedies below still apply.
Because research compounds are temperature- and handling-sensitive, a vial that has left our control cannot be verified or restocked. For that reason we do not accept returns of delivered product. This does not mean you bear the risk of a bad delivery — the situations below are always made right at our expense.
We will replace the item or refund you in full, your choice, in any of these cases:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 5–7 business days of approval.
If a charge looks wrong, contact us first at info@theforgepeptides.com with your order number — billing errors are corrected promptly, usually faster than a bank dispute can resolve them.
